The Visionary
Delia Fitzpatrick is a visionary rooted in community and committed to creating pathways for youth that go far beyond the classroom. As the founder of The Good Rural, a San Francisco-based nonprofit, Delia is reimagining what access and opportunity look like for underrepresented communities—especially in rural and overlooked urban areas.
In 2021, she dreamed up an initiative that would bring STEM to life for young people through hands-on exploration, vibrant festivals, and real-world engagement. She called it STEM Frenzy—a celebration of science, tech, engineering, and math unlike anything her community had experienced before.
The challenge? She had just 90 days to bring it to life.
The Collaboration
Delia came to Elite Vivant with a clear purpose and a tight timeline. She needed a creative partner who could move quickly—but without sacrificing intention, clarity, or quality.

The Results
The first STEM Frenzy festival launched on time in San Francisco, and it was a massive success. Families flooded the space, kids built robots, coded games, explored science experiments, and interacted with hands-on exhibits—many for the very first time.
But it didn’t stop there.
Since that initial launch, Delia has hosted three STEM Frenzy festivals, all in San Francisco, reaching over 5,000 children and families. What began as an urgent idea on a short timeline has now become a signature initiative under The Good Rural—one that continues to grow, attract funding, and spark transformation.
