What is the purpose of the Brand Clarity Conversation?
The purpose is to understand your business, your goals, and your current stage of growth so we can determine what your Brand Map should focus on. It ensures the work that follows is intentional, aligned, and relevant.
Is this a strategy session?
No. This conversation does not include strategy, plans, or recommendations. It defines what the strategy should focus on, not the strategy itself.
What will we talk about during the conversation?
We will discuss your business direction, current challenges, goals, and where clarity feels missing. I’ll ask focused questions to understand what needs deeper review inside the Brand Map.
Will I leave with action steps or advice?
You will leave with clarity around next steps, not tactical instructions. Any research, analysis, or strategic direction happens inside the Brand Map.
Why is this step required before the Brand Map?
This step ensures the Brand Map is built around what matters most right now. Without this conversation, strategy becomes assumption-based rather than aligned to your actual needs
What happens after the Brand Clarity Conversation?
If it’s aligned, we outline the focus of your Brand Map and confirm next steps. From there, we schedule the Brand Map and move into the research-led strategy phase.
