The Brand Clarity Conversation is a paid working session. It is not a sales call or a guarantee of future services.

Payment for this session applies toward a subsequent Brand Map Strategy only if both parties agree to move forward. Elite Vivant does not guarantee continued engagement following this session.

Payments and Fees

Clients agree to pay all fees as outlined in their proposal or agreement. Fees are due according to the payment schedule provided.

All payments are non refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Late payments may result in paused work or termination of services.

Intellectual Property

All materials created by Elite Vivant, including strategy documents, frameworks, designs, copy, systems, and processes, remain the intellectual property of Elite Vivant unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may use delivered materials for their internal business use only. Clients may not resell, reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written permission.

Elite Vivant retains the right to reference completed work for portfolio, case study, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials to support the engagement.

Delays in communication or approvals may impact timelines. Elite Vivant is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

Confidential information does not include information that becomes publicly available through no fault of either party.

No Guarantees

Elite Vivant provides strategic guidance and implementation support based on experience and best practices. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue outcomes, or performance metrics.

Business decisions and results remain the responsibility of the client.

Limitation of Liability

Elite Vivant is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
